Richard Ducharme, Chief Executive Officer, CEO,
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Ducharme joined Eastside Commercial Bank as CEO and Board Chair in October 2009 after being a significant shareholder and board member since 2002. He is retired from a 38-year career as an attorney and governmental affairs consultant representing various business organizations before the Washington state legislature. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa.
Debby McDaniel, Executive Vice President
Debby McDaniel has 14 years of banking experience in Washington State and most recently served for the last eight years as vice president and chief financial officer of NCW Community Bank in Wenatchee. She was on the Dean’s list for 2 years while attending Cottey College in Nevada, MO. Debby graduated from Kinman Business University and is presently enrolled at Phoenix University. An active member of Kiwanis, Debby has joined Eastside Commercial Bank as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
Heather Raibourn, Chief Credit Officer
Ms. Raibourn has been with the Bank since September 2007. Previously, she served for 7 years in commercial credit underwriting, credit analysis and foreign exchange analysis for banks in Boston and Dallas. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
