Loan Operations and Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Prepare loan documentation through the use of LaserPro
* Prepare and review final loan closing packages for accuracy and completeness in accordance to loan approval
* Identify and review organizational documents of borrowers and guarantors
* Read and understand appraisal reports, environmental reports, title commitments and insurance requirements
* Closing and perfecting liens using deeds of trust, UCC article 9 filings, assignment of rents/leases and assignment of collateral documents
* Clearly communicate with co-workers and third party vendors
* Provide customer service through phone and email requests, payoff quotes, and routine loan servicing inquiries
* Daily reconciliation of all loan related general ledger accounts
* Process incoming loan related wire transfers, loan payments and loan advances
* Responsible for all loan participations, including payments, advances, correspondence, and balancing
* SBA 1502 reporting and servicing compliance
* File maintain loans on core system including billing corrections, payment schedules, reversal entries, waived late charges, interest adjustments and ACH payment processing
* Create periodic queries from loan core system to determine data entry errors and correct any loans with negative amortization, rate, date, or other errors;

Desired Qualifications:
* Previous banking experience required, minimum 3 years in commercial and consumer loan documentation
* Knowledge of commercial and consumer loan collateral requirements
* Proficient use of LaserPro and FISERV core systems
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Skillful at establishing priorities and channeling effort productively
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office desktop applications, Fiserv and CRM tools
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or economics or equivalent preferred

Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities:
* Provide support of underwriting and verification of risk-assessment analysis on credit request packages to be submitted for approval. Ensure packages are complete, accurate, and adhere to bank policy.
* Management and administration of the credit portfolio of the bank in order to achieve the desired results of quality, profitability, and growth.
* Proper use of risk grading tool, appraisal order process, and all other components established for the commercial lending process.
* Inspect credit files and loan systems information to ensure accuracy and up to date financials.
* Participate in the loan review and risk rating processes through preparing complete and accurate packages that adhere to bank policy.
* Work closely with relationship managers to ensure all client-related documentation and administrative issues are resolved on a timely basis.
* Keep abreast of changing business and economic developments which impact the loan portfolio, its profitability, and banking in general.

Desired Qualifications:
* Five years of experience in banking industry or related work experience
* Strong experience with spreadsheet and word processing applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in financial and cost accounting
* Bachelors degree in accounting, a business field or equivalent education and related training
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office desktop applications, Fiserv and CRM tools
* Strong knowledge of the bank’s credit, deposit and cash management products
